CLEAR THINKING
Think more critically by seeing where you don't
Every day it gets harder to navigate and be successful in our complex world. So how do you cope? Do you accept “less than” for your life? Do you simply go through the motions, putting on a smile and pretending to be happy and engaged when in reality you’re suffering?
There is only one way to change—you have to learn to recognize when your mind is tricking you, and think your way to the truth. Living in reality allows you to relate to all your perceived pain and suffering in a different way—a way that leads to a more fulfilled, happy, effective life.
Thinking in a CLEAR way gives you greater control over your life, helps you overcome adversity, and frees you to achieve your goals. And the best part is, ANYONE can learn, practice and get better at CLEAR thinking! If you’re willing to do the work, you can literally start improving your life today.
Stop floating through life, and start living intentionally, with thoughtfulness, purpose, and clarity!
An eleven-week group coaching seminar
The thing that distinguishes humans from other animals is our ability to think, reason, and imagine abstract concepts. Problem is, most of us are never taught how to do ANY of those things! I’m talking about serious, productive thinking that actually changes you.
Critical: Objectively evaluating an issue in order to form a judgement
Logical: Drawing conclusions that are supported or justified by evidence
Evidence-based: Supported by facts and data from relevant and reliable sources
Analytical: Breaking a whole into its parts to examine their nature, function and relationships.
Reality-based: Recognizing and accounting for bias and untrue beliefs
CLEAR Thinking is reflective and independent thinking. It teaches you to use your ability to reason. It makes you an active learner rather than a passive recipient of information.
There is nothing you do that isn’t affected by your thinking. Your thinking tells you what to believe or reject, what is important or unimportant, what is true or false, what career you should pursue, what to spend your money on, who to marry, how to parent. Everything you know, believe, want, fear, and hope for, your thinking tells you.
It follows, then, that the patterns of your thinking have implications for how you go about doing, literally, everything you do.
So wouldn’t you want to ensure you are thinking to your best ability in any set of circumstances?
When you learn and practice CLEAR thinking, you can better control the thinking that is controlling you.
If that’s something you desire, then you need this seminar!
This course will show you how to wake up to reality and begin to understand your mind. With the core skills of CLEAR Thinking, you will learn to:
